What Is a Lab-created Diamond?

On the other hand, the lab-generated diamonds can have a smaller carat from their authentic counterparts. Nevertheless, it’s possible to have a diamond carat of 2.
The cut is very precise in synthetic diamonds. They are even free of inclusions, which is usually a tell-tale sign you’re dealing with an imitation. Majority of the diamonds have inclusions or flaws, which are minerals that occur as the stones are developed.
Best Man Made Diamonds
We’re going to talk about the simulated or lab-grown diamonds. There are three best types. The first one is called the Moissanite diamonds. The real stone was discovered by Henri Moussan. However, it’s close to impossible for you to find the real diamonds since they have been found in a meteorite. Thus, you rely on the lab-created ones.
A Moissanite diamond is colorless but is much cheaper than the traditional diamonds (those produced through volcanic activity).

A close relative of the cubic zirconia is the Russian man made diamonds. Not a lot of data are available for this kind of diamond, but there’s huge chance it comes from cubic zirconia. The stone can be used to cut glass and may be polished.

When you want to buy man made diamonds for sale make sure that disclaimers are available. The seller should inform you if they have been produced in the lab. Otherwise, if they are sold as natural diamonds, they should come with a corresponding certification that shows the characteristics of the stone.
